Shape memory alloy (SMA) is widely used in aerospace, mechanical electronics, biomedical, bridge construction, automotive industry and daily life due to their excellent properties.
The advantages of shape memory alloy are as follows:
1. Super elasticity, modulus of elasticity is 96 times that of stainless steel.
2. Temperature-sensitive memory: Memory alloy earphone wires are very soft when the temperature is below AF (which can be set). They can be deformed at will. When the temperature rises above AF, the material will automatically restore the original shape and have super elasticity.
3. Environmental protection: The material has been tested by SGS standard, and the test results conform to the ROHS directive of EU. It does not contain cadmium, mercury and hexavalent chromium.
4. Light weight: material density is only 6.54g/cubic centimeter.
5. Corrosion resistance: This material is acid and alkali resistant, with stronger corrosion resistance and longer service life.
